Challenge

When HR submits a new hire form, the system retrieves the appropriate job type template, generates the necessary onboarding documents, sends a personalized welcome email, and creates accounts in essential software tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Notion. The process ensures every new employee gets the right resources instantly, reducing manual effort and human error.
